Yes. A step outside of our heads, our fears and our limited space DOES give us a new perspective and gets us back on track. Oh my friend, I just cannot wait to see you today!!!!!!!!!! Anita
Oh so true! A little reminder to live and love and get rid of the rest.I hope that you have a fabulous day with Anita! I am so jealous! I wish I could meet up with you too! Perhaps in the summer when you visit Wisconsin.Enjoy your day, happy Sunday! Xoxo Elizabeth
I have this amazing quote from Walt Whitman on my desk. It is a daily reminder for me to keep out the negative and inhale the positive. I LOVE this quote (and of course, I believe I am one of biggest quote fanatics in the world). :) Lovely post, Irina.... you are an inspiration. xo
Oh Yes my friend...I love these inspiring quotes today!!!!! Just read Anita's comment...you are seeing her today!!!! JOY..have fun my friend. xoxoxo
Dear Irina,I do hope we get to meet someday. It warms my heart to know you are enjoying my family. I love them so much and would so love to be near them if I could. Thank you for your kind words.Big hugs!Nancy
Such a beautiful post Irina.. Yes, we must all step outside our box, step outside in nature and clear our heads.. Expand our imaginations.. I wish I could pop over and have a cup of tea with you and dear Anita..Blessings,Penny
Sometimes Irina all it takes is to take a step outside of where you are and just sit still and be...but it is one of the hardest things to remember to do...I will think of this next time I need to clear my head or take a break...We have been having a strange summer this year...more cloudy days than sunny days...even cool days...very strange...Hope you are well in your part of the world...Dzintra xoxox
fascinating beach strolling and inhaling fresh air. And most of all thanks for the best music.Stay blessed!
Walt Whitman, one of my fav's for sure. So much to think of with a quote that seems so simple. At first glance, seems like a good idea to dismiss what insults our soul, but when you really think of it, it is our very soul (mind/emotions) that typically insults and betrays us, working against our spirit. LOVE it when a quote does that, makes us look twice. :)ALWAYS a pleasure visiting you, my dear Irina. I am so glad to hear my parents' story of love in details blessed you.Much love.
I will carry that first quotewith me for the rest of the week ~ love it!I enjoyed hearing aboutyour dream room, too : )Thank you for the sweetcomment!xx Suzanne
What wonderful quotes, and one's I shall remember. Thank you dear Irina for your visit and kind words. I am trying to keep up with everyone but have got a bit behind with my own visits. How lovely that you got together with Anita, how I wish I could have joined you both... perhaps one day :)Take care.Sending a Spotty hug...Abby xx
PRECIOUS FRIEND! These words are again a reminder to me to take each day and embrace this WISDOM in the middle of challenges as well as triumphs! YOU CAME TONIGHT!!!!!!!!! OHHHH isn't Ruben cute? teeeheee.....LOVE YOU SO ! Anita
OH we must have crossed paths!!!!!! YES, I finally got to my emails! Another wild and late morning leaving me wondering HOW I DO what I do!! But ever so happy to see you dearest! TELL ME MORE ABOUT your plans....Anita
Irina, You're such a darling. I can see why my family loves you so much. Thank you for being so wonderful.Hugs! Nancy
I must have missed this one, IrinaI see that Dumbledore and Walt Whitman had a lot in common. I could mistake either one of them for each other AND their 'wise' thoughts. For it was Dumbledore who told Harry Potter 'It's not our abilities which make us who we truly are, it is our choices'. (That's not the exact quote but something similar). I love walking along the ocean on the sand. It is a truly calming pleasure...the fresh air, the sea breeze, the keening of sea gulls. Thank you for the reminder to have time to relax and enjoy the view for the soul.Have a blessed weekend!Teresa in California
