Oh, if only the demands of work would let us think and sit quietly long enough to receive Rumi's wise words! GOOD MORNING MY DEAR! How I miss you and blogging....I am trying to visit others, but I can't seem to write these days. A new job and driving schedule are filling my days.
How are you? I hope your days have been stress free. The busy holiday season is fast approaching! Has this year gone as fast for you as it has for me? Seriously!!! I cannot believe how fast it's gone! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Oh Dearest Irina how true is this....just patiently waiting rather than run around chasing some things has just got to so work! Love this idea...I hope you are having a lovely Saturday! It is almost dinner time here and I am having a glass of red. I shall raise it either a Cheers to you...love Dzintra xo
It's been a while Irina - i had quite a stressful time, but enjoy getting back to my blogfriends now. Rumi is such a bright and shining star - totally ageless, i can't believe he lived so long ago, but than he didn't - he lived and lives in the present! Cheers to a lovely week!
I wanted to thank you so much for your visits to my blog and the sweet comments you have left which always make me happy. This quotation you have shared with us above? I completely needed to read that, thank you :-)
What I need flows to me......I like that! Whenever I check out one of your blog posts, it seems that I have to go to all of them and see if you have anything new. I can't help myself, as you have several magical posts.
Irina, I had to read these words over and over. The more I did, the clear it became. So wise, and so profound. I think I will make a plague of this and hang it where I can never forget. Thanks always for giving me sweet words that inspire. Big hug, Patti
Hello, Irina I am going to attempt to leave a comment the 'old' way, as the comment format has changed for lots of my blogger friends. I may not be leaving comments but emailing you instead, as I don't like what Google is doing with Blogger. They always seem to 'push' Blogger subscribers into a format asking too much information, instead of 'leaving well enough alone'. Kind of like the government.
Wonderful post dear friend! Words to ponder.
ReplyDeleteSending blessings your way... Enjoy your week!
fondly,
Penny

Oh that is a very wise quote Irina!
ReplyDeleteSometimes we do need to make an effort to relax and let things happen, instead of rushing and stressing all the time.
